Have you ever found yourself lost in a daydream where the tendrils teased your soul into a world of muted pastel splattered around like watercolor, the sounds were waves in the air that you could ride to a destination full of adventure or mystery or romance, and raindrops tasted of buttercream frosting with a pineapple-flavored aftertaste?
That's pretty much how my mind has always worked. As I've grown older, my daydreams have become more realistic, but I get lost all the time, nonetheless.
I'm Aero Westbrook. My stories are urban fantasy with witches, vampires, shifters, werewolves, pixies, demons, fairies—that sort of thing. Although, if you're here, you probably already figured that part out.
On a more personal level, I have a wanderer's spirit, social anxiety, and an unhealthy addiction to dark chocolate—vegan because I'm lactose intolerant. I play piano and ukulele, though that's not to say I'm any good, and I'm usually trying to learn a new language. I say 'trying' because I don't stick with one language long enough to learn anything impressive.
Maybe one day, I'll grow my name large enough so I can hire an artist to do some comics for me. I think some of my characters would be amazing in a short, digital comic.
